Return and Exchange - version 1.1 dated January 25, 2022.

return

Kristine Eline offers a 100-day return policy from the date of purchase. After this period, full refunds or exchanges cannot be provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with original tags.
To approve your return, we require proof of purchase.
If you wish to return an order, please send an email to customer@kristineeline.dk with your order number and the reason for your return.
We kindly ask you to use the return label included in your order for the return shipment. If you do not have this return label, please mention it in your email to receive a new free return label.

exchange

If you wish to exchange your item for another item or size, we ask you to return your purchase by following the above return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
Please be aware that we only exchange the item if it is unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with original tags.

refund

As soon as your return item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email with confirmation that we have received your return shipment.
We will also confirm any approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed as soon as possible and you will automatically have your payment credited back to your original payment method within a few days.
